Introduction: Our Mission and Vision

So, let's move on to our introduction. We are a small team dedicated to transforming your experience when it comes to issue tracking, task management, and other tasks connected to regular back-office operations. You might ask, why?

Why We Started: The Need for a Comprehensive Solution

The answer is quite simple, actually. We couldn't find a product that connects all the things we need: good customer support management, task and project tracking, a premium feel for our clients (with their own login credentials), a knowledge database, and other features that we will implement. That's why we embarked on a journey to create the perfect tool for people like us.

Our Development Journey: From Inception to Now

We started in October of 2024 with a vision of running this thing until it's perfect. We see it as a long-term commitment, a marathon of sorts that will not end until we are satisfied.

Current Development: Version 0.1 and Beyond

Regarding our current development, we are running on something we call v0.1, the first general iteration of our product. We are happy to share that we actually have paying users who are really satisfied. Still, as you can tell, the app is far from completed. We are happy that it has started moving, but we are more excited than ever to push for updates each week, with as many features as possible.
